L'appart se compose d'une vaste entrée, 2 salons, une cuisine + buanderie, 3 chambres, 2 SDB, 1 grande cave.

La chambre en question est spacieuse (20m2+) et donne sur la place de Champel, beau parc végétalisé, avec un beau balcon privatif. 2 dressings. Possibilité de garder lit, matelas, meubles et bureau pendant la location.

Loyer 1720 CHF, eau et régie comprises
A noter en outre:
- Electricité (environ 30 CH par trimestre par colocataire)
- Caution (SwissCaution, 750 CHF par an total soit environ 250 CHF par colocataire + pro-raté)
- Une femme de ménage vient toutes les 2 semaines pendant 4h (33CHF par colocataire), les chambres sont faites

Motivation: I am buying my own apartment but wish not maintain this rental contract with 2 very good friends of mine who are the flatmates.

Apartment of more than 150m2, fully furnished, in a very nice neighborhood, Hausman style.

The 2 flatmates are ~30 yo, senior positions at work, fluent in English, very open minded and chill to live with.

One large entrance, 2 lounges, 1 separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large cave.

The room is pretty nice (>20m2) and I can let the furnitures (bed, mattress, desk and other furnitures). it has a nice private balcony on Plateau de Champel (trees everywhere, very green!)

Rent is 1720 CHF incl. agency fees + water

Additional:
- Electricity (roughly 30 CHF per flatmate per trimester)
- Caution (Swisscaution - 750 CHF total per year or 250CHF per flatmate, prorated)
- A housemaid comes every 2 weeks and does the entire apartment, rooms included (4 jours). 100 CHF = 33 CHF per flatmate
