Guitare produite à 50 exemplaires dans les années '90 par le fameux luthier anglais Patrick James Eggle. Avant de construire des guitares sous son propre nom ils les a fabriquées sous le nom de Redwing by Patrick Eggle, made in California. Voici la description en anglais :

body finished in transparent cherry
nitro, maple neck,
rosewood board with clay dot
markers and jumbo fretwire,
Sperzel locking tuners, Wilkinson tremolo
bridge, fitted with 1980's Schecter high
output single coil pickups, 5 way 4 pole
pickup selector with neck and
bridge together in the middle position,
separate volume/tone controls. A really good guitar - a better 'strat' to
play than anything you will find with the
'F' word on it.
An excellent neck, good
resonance and sustain, great single
coil tone and output from the Schecters.
Patrick Eggle set up Redwing
after leaving the company that still bears his name. Just as it was starting to take
off his financial partner suddenly died and the company went bust, so not many of these were ever built. A great
shame really because this is a very
tasty guitar.
